The short answer: someone who is talented, honest, intelligent, organized, fun-loving, and skilled at what they do.

The long answer: someone who enjoys their work but enjoys life more. We're a big believer that a happy employee is a productive employee. That's why we work hard, but we play even harder. Many people structure their life around their work. We believe you should structure your work around your life. That's not to say we don't take our work seriously. We do. It's also not to say we haven't had our share of all-nighters. We have. But we're not married to an 8 to 5 routine for us, or the people that work with us. As long as great work is produced, deadlines are met, and our clients are happy, we'll be happy to have you as an employee.
